The Geico representative was friendly and professional and the car was ready ahead of time. Stephanie at the counter was very welcoming and friendly as well. The reason for being there (accident repair) wasn't good, but everyone was extremely professional and pleasant. Thanks also to the people behind the scene that made my car look like it's old self. Communication was great on day 1, pictures quickly posted on Geico, etc. Did not communicate well on expected delivery day (no call), or next day when delivery was expected (when I called people had left for the day), on the day the car was ready the call did come @ 4:30pm. Having rental cars available onsite is a big plus.

I think everyone is apprehensive about taking their car to a repair shop. I was completely satisfied not only with the end results but with everything that led up to it. It was a team effort by everybody involved and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anybody who needed their vehicle brought back to a as new condition.
