Last used Craftsman Autobody three years ago and was disappointed. 6-week lead time, finished car had overspray on driver side window that took months to get off. Recent service (Apr 2026) was a complete 180. Associates without exception were fast, efficient and friendly. They were ready to do the work the next day (!) after the estimate. Rental car experience was also high quality. My car was returned spotlessly cleaned and completely repaired with OEM parts. Final transaction could not have been smoother. Whoever is in charge there: Nice work!
