Caliber Collision is outstanding. They repaired my car in record time and Paul Bowers did an amazing job of keeping me completely up to date throughout the whole process. Both Paul Bowers and Angela Denniston are kind, courteous and great at what they do.

I’m not dissatisfied with the work, the Manager was very accommodating. Although I had to point out 6 - 8 scratches which needed repair and I am awaiting replacement of a damaged rocker panel. I think it is premature to send me this survey since the work is not yet complete.

Delays to pickup my car were given to me usually within 3 hours before scheduled and most times less. Also I didn't know about the delays until I called. 3 times my car was delayed.

I picked the vehicle up and the front license plate was unattached and still laying in my backseat. Multiple items of mine were also discarded without any permission whatsoever.
