With a caveat, was unaware that my car was shifted from NF to Lockport. Nevertheless, Lockport did a fantastic job keeping me informed and the work on the car made it look like it was right off the showroom floor

They fixed my car within 4 days, it was just as brand new. Very happy with Caliber, made everything so easy from dropping it off to pick up and even the rental car process. I will definitely reccommend them and use them again, praying I will not need to though. Thank you to the entire staff of Caliber.

I’ve already told my neighbors, my friends, my coworkers because they saw my vehicle. They saw the hood and the damage that was caused. It was unbelievable and the things that they had to do to get the hood of my car off disconnected and replaced and matched the color of my car perfectly no flaws absolutely gorgeous. I’m very satisfied And so are my neighbors my friends, my coworkers they will definitely be giving caliber a call when they have problems cause I told them how cordial and how outgoing the whole staff was great experience.

I was very satisfied with the wonderful work that went into making my car look like it was the day I picked it up off of the showroom floor, absolutely beautiful and they explained everything that they did and how they went about putting on that hood and matched the color of my car perfectly They even vacuumed my rugs. I would highly recommend them definitely a 10+.

From the moment I walked through the door, the secretary was very cordial and smiling, and just made me feel very comfortable. She let the mechanics know that I was here and just the whole atmosphere very nice very knowledgeable and explained everything. It was great to have their kind of customer service.

You guys broke my keys and it snapped in the ignition before I even left the parking lot. AND I had brought up how my car was shaking from this accident and even showed the technician. Yet when I picked my car up they said it wasn’t… it was immediately shaking again - before I even left the parking lot. But they said they’re done repairing my car. I’m so disappointed and will be going through insurance again to correct the damage this shop has done but won’t own up to.
