Some of my repairs and parts took longer than expected. I must say even with the inconvenience of the accident as a whole, Paul was phenomenal. Not only did he keep me in the loop and give me every detail as to what was happening, but, when the part to complete my repair was clear across the country… I could genuinely hear the disappointment that it would not be completed on the original date they thought. To say he went above and beyond is just not enough. And, Angela… at the front desk is an absolute delight. So sweet and helpful. All around- no complaints and although I hope to NEVER have another accident, I’d feel less uneasy knowing my vehicle is in their hands. Thank you. So much.

The staff are wonderful the couldn’t do enough to make sure I was satisfied. They gave estimate of when my car would be done and it’s was done before they thought the work outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the process. They are great would recommend them highly. Thank you!
