Pablo and I looked at the car and he delivered on every item I mentioned had gotten impacted in the accident. On top of that he also ensured my whole exhaust was safely installed after being impacted badly. Great work great people!

The Communication was really great! Any issues with “finding the right parts” they let me know right away with the options they were looking into, which helped tremendously. All of the people I interacted with when I was there we’re very knowledgeable and extremely polite. I barely spent any time there and my rental was immediately ready when I needed it. The repair is actually took less time than I expected them to as well. I had a previous experience at another local collision center and there are things took forever both the day I dropped it off and while they were repairing it. It was very refreshing to be somewhere with very attentive staff and a quick process.. And of course, the quality of work was excellent!

Great job on my van. Professional and pleasant interactions. The only notes were that I did not get a return call on a question I had, and I did not get an estimate for some additional work that I was considering. To be fair, I did not follow up any further. I will contact Caliber again when needed and refer if I get the chance.
