I have used CALIBER in the past and that's why I returned and I was not disappointed! Pablo was very professional and had some issues with the Parts but kept me updated consistently on progress, he really didn't want me to be disappointed in anything and gave my vehicle his utmost attention!GREAT JOB!

Job not completed correctly for the SECOND time. Dead battery upon arrival. Charged then died 5 minutes later. My son was stuck at Wawa. Car wrap not complete. Overall poor workmanship, poor quality. I would honestly not return. If you can’t get it right after TWO instances, there is a problem. Not satisfied at all.

Car not completed correctly. Hood to bumper is warped - not even. Wrap is incomplete, wrap has a ton of bubbles and not installed correctly. Poor workmanship. This is the second time my car has been in your shop within the last 3 months and Caliber cannot get it right (2 seperate claims).

Lourdes was through when explaining the process and kept me informed from start to finish. She said you will be happy with the end result and to be honest I was ecstatic. My car looked like it had never been hit let alone fixed. Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get their vehicle not only fixed but fixed properly. I would rate this business a 20 if that were possible.
