I’ve never been to a car repair place that was so congenial and pleasant to deal with. I’ve been to a lot. They went far beyond my expectations, keeping me updated daily and completely answering all my questions. Some they had to research. I’ve never had an experience like this before in a shop. Amazing place!!!!

After having my vehicle backed into by a neighbor I took to AutoNation in Longwood to get repaired which I do not recommend to anybody because after I got my car back from them there was parts falling off and things were broken it was horrible I took it to caliber collision to have it fixed correctly and they did a fantastic job! The staff there was so courteous and polite they gave me text message updates daily and called several times just to ask my opinion on the little things which I was very happy about. I felt like they took very good care of my car and after having a very horrible experience at the previous repair place it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders and I didn't have to worry about leaving my car with them.The car looks better than new and the attention to detail that they put into fixing it is above my expectations They even cleaned my car washed waxed and put my loose change into a Ziploc bag. They made me feel like a part of the family like a friend I've known all my life not just a paycheck or just another customer. In a world where you can't even get a person on the phone and you talk to a robot half the time it's nice to see a company that puts people first and actually calls you just to give you an update instead of sitting on hold half the day to ask a question the customer service here is like a breath of fresh air.Thanks guys for everything! If your car gets smacked they have your back.

Excellent service,was told it would be ready on the 29 th of June and was very pleased when we were told that it was finished on the 25 of June. The damaged area looks very good and the complete car was cleaned and polished. Thank you for taking such good care of our CRV.
