This is the second time, I take my car for repairs that I have not done and Caliber Collision on pico and albany have really exceeded beyond everything from the call, to the receptionist, and the person taking my car in and doing the inspection. Beyond grateful for all their work and their time.

I’ve always had great customer service with caliber, but I will say Pedro stands out!! He took amazing care of me is so sweet and actually pretty funny! Would definitely recommend for all service work and as well as sending my friends over there :)

Let me say this, from the moment I walked in on the first day I was greeted by these two beautiful Latino Lady's that was so kind to me that I thought the rapture had come and I was blessed to be in the company of these two Angeles, Marisol, I believe she had the light colored hair, then there was the beautiful young lady who had the jet black hair and beautiful eyes...anyways they treated me so well. They made sure that I was updated on everything by texting me their every move and decision, while at the same time answering my call when I phoned. They treated me better than my own siblings sometimes lol... Hopefully, this won't ever happen again as far as needing my car repaired but if I did, I wouldn't care if I lived in Egypt, I would find a way to get to them. They instructed me that they would not return my car unless it was done right and that hit different when they said that because I was touched by that internally because service like that is so very, very hard to find..... Caliber Collison over there on Pico, listen they have been the best thing to me since toast, butter, and jelly 4real4real though. My car came back looking better than it did when I bought it! #No Cap Thank you, thank you, and thank!!!!! Imma tell eerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbody about them!

A ten is not enough for them because they were soooooooooooo...kind and Marsol and the other beautiful Latina with the jet black hair and beautiful smile was kind too, and she laughed at a couple of my jokes 😃 Just really nice people over there at the shop on Pico.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The repair process was much faster than I expected, and my car was completed in a timely manner. Duke was especially helpful throughout the entire process. Communication with him was very smooth, and he kept me updated throughout the repair. He was professional, patient, and made the whole experience much less stressful. The staff was friendly and professional, and my car looked great when I picked it up. I really appreciate the efficient service and excellent communication. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs collision repairs!

From the front desk to the person who did the estimate everything was great. They did the great job on my front bumper. My car look like new again and you will never see any sign of damaged from the accident. I highly recommend this body shop.
