Lupe was very kind, patient, and professional. When my insurance wasn’t being helpful, Lupe stepped in and took care of it. My car came out looking brand new, so the work done was amazing (also appreciated the car wash)! Great team and phenomenal work!

From the time I drove into the facility I felt like everyone cared about me and my car.:the repair person Osway was constantly sending me updates that made me fell good that the repairs to my car were going along as planed and when issues with getting parts on a timely basis accrued and may change my pickup date I was kept in the loop.

From the beginning, it was a smooth process. My paperwork was submitted via my insurance provider and was ready at the front desk. I was offered a shuttle ride home after bringing my car into Caliber. My car had been burglarized, and the back window had been broken out. Glass was everywhere, and needless to say, my car trunk was filled with a month of tossed items, now mixed with glass. Caliber, upon completion of the reinstallation, carefully vacuumed and folded my items in my trunk to remove the glass. I was embarrassed about the mess and clothes and random items that had accumulated. I even told the Caliber team to leave the mess. They did not, and they went above and beyond to provide dignity and kindness. I'll always choose Caliber in a time of repair.
