I would like to recognize Jack and the entire staff for providing outstanding customer service throughout the repair of my mother’s vehicle. From beginning to end, the experience was excellent. Jack and the team kept me informed with weekly updates on the progress of the repairs, which gave me confidence that the vehicle was being well taken care of. Their communication was professional, courteous, and consistent. I was especially impressed that they completed the repairs several days ahead of the date they originally promised. When I picked up the vehicle, the quality of the work was excellent and my mother’s car looked great. As a longtime Allstate customer, I believe it is important to recognize businesses that represent the kind of service customers hope to receive after an accident or vehicle repair. I will also be sharing my positive experience with Allstate and letting them know that this is a body shop I would confidently recommend.
