Jack was amazing: communicative, helpful, caring. However I'm disappointed that all of the damage from my accident was not repaired. Also when I returned my Enterprise car I had trouble reaching an Enterprise agent.

Jack was super informative, super communicative, and super friendly! It was NOT his fault that my insurer, Liberty Mutual, refused to cover some of the damage, and Jack was very sympathetic.
