However, I will be contacting Caliber regarding an issue that I have with the service. Although I understand that it is my responsibility to know what my policy covers, I was lead to believe by the person handling my repairs at Caliber that my insurance would cover a rental car. Caliber knew the amount of my deductible and I assumed they had knowledge of my policy, so I proceeded to rent a car under the assumption that it was covered by State Farm. I was never asked by Caliber if my policy with State Farm covered a rental car. Someone from Caliber called the car rental office and arranged for a shuttle to pick me up and take me to the rental office to rent a car. I only found out when it came time to pay for the car that I was not covered. There was an assumption made and nobody, including me, made an effort to check the facts. I would expect Caliber to be more professional and first check to be sure that a customer has such coverage before proceeding to arrange for a car rental.

I am really thankful with everyone at C.C. They treat you like family and they are very welcoming. The lady at the front desk welcomes everyone with a warm and sincere smile.
