Repair work was great, but my car had to go back into the shop to clean it for delivery when I arrived. Dan took good care of me though and kept me update on the progress. Also, the rear window had a lot of overspray. I cleaned it myself rather than take the time to bring it back.

Caliber Collision is a large national firm that bought out Classic Collision. Personalized service is lacking. Initial call came from the national office that the operator had to check out the details in order to address any of my questions or concerns.
