The paint color was a perfect match, although there are a few imperfections and slight orange peel. Panels were reinstalled nicely with no noticeable gapping issues. Rear hatch was adjusted L-R nicely, but in the process the up-down alignment went off. There is now a significant height difference between the roof and the top edge of the hatch.

Barbara Lezberg is a great representative and ambassador of Calliber. As a long time car industry veteran and car-guy, I was apprehensive about going to a ‘corporate chain’, or really any body shop. She erased all that negative apprehension. Great communication, thorough approach, transparent and conscientious in providing estimates and proposing solutions, and the work (paint and mechanical) is done right. She is very personable and builds trust. All the more impressive while trying to open a new location and lead a new team. You’re lucky to have her. Please give her a salute and recognize her contribution to your company’s success. You can’t do it without recognizing and giving incentives to good people.

Miguel and Moissey were fantastic! They were professional, courteous, and extremely easy to work with. They worked to accommodate my requests to pay out of pocket and not replace the entire mirror assembly. The mirror had a small scratch and crack that wasn’t consequential. This saved me $1.2K. I also would like to mention the office admin Jennifer as well. She was also really responsive and easy to work with. My Ioniq 6 looks brand new again. I was worried with the matte paint that there would be a noticeable difference but I can’t see it. So to recap I had a 6 mo old EV (requires special shop), matte paint, and was looking to keep costs down since I wanted to pay out of pocket with the crazy insurance prices that keep going up. Miguel and Moissey and the rest of the team at Caliber accomplished to handle all these issues with complete satisfaction. Thank you Caliber Collision team for a wonderful experience and a job well done!
