Cassie and Cristian were amazing and made the whole process from start to finish so easy for me! Not only were they phenomenal on having the paperwork ready by the time I got to the shop, the best communication of any mechanic ever keeping me posted with updates and even working out a new pick up time . But the work was incredible, and Cassie helped me arrange for a rental car as well! Going above and beyond so that all I had to do was sign some papers and best of all they finished before the estimated date. That is so rare and so so appreciated. I will definitely be singing their praises to everyone.

The front charging door catch is now not aligned correctly that create the computer sensor indicator shows in red unless I make adjustment manually. Also the door latch turning is very tight now. The charging receptacle gasket was not fitting correctly so I made a tweak of it.

Front bumper repair / painting was excellent. But allignment with the hood is "off" significantly. I had to return to the shop for a quick fix. Also, the bumper to headlight gap on the driver side is way bigger than on the passenger side. Lastly, sensor calibrations not done, pointing to a steering wheel issue allegedly not covered by insurance.Not too happy about all these.
