I have to say — in 24 years of driving, I’ve never had to leave a car at a shop for repairs. I put it off for months after the accident because I thought it would be a headache. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Christian and Cassy were so incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. Christian estimated my car would be ready Friday at 5…and my car was ready Friday at 5. He called earlier in the afternoon to give me an update, and absolutely jumped through hoops to make the pickup work around my schedule. Picked up my car and, again, everyone represented themselves and the company extremely well. Super professional, but also very easygoing and fun. My car repairs look great, my car was freshly washed, and the inside is cleaner than it’s been in a long time. So incredibly impressed with the entire process. From drop-off, to enterprise picking me up, to picking up my car — the process truly could not have been easier.

Cassie and Cristian were amazing and made the whole process from start to finish so easy for me! Not only were they phenomenal on having the paperwork ready by the time I got to the shop, the best communication of any mechanic ever keeping me posted with updates and even working out a new pick up time . But the work was incredible, and Cassie helped me arrange for a rental car as well! Going above and beyond so that all I had to do was sign some papers and best of all they finished before the estimated date. That is so rare and so so appreciated. I will definitely be singing their praises to everyone.

The communication from Christian was great! I received regular updates and my car was ready before the expected date. I will definitely take my car back for a few minor cosmetic body repairs that were not due to the accident.

The front charging door catch is now not aligned correctly that create the computer sensor indicator shows in red unless I make adjustment manually. Also the door latch turning is very tight now. The charging receptacle gasket was not fitting correctly so I made a tweak of it.
