My Experience

My technician went above and beyond and had such great attention to detail to make sure that everything was restored to. It’s nearly brand new state. They were so kind and communicative throughout the process. I completely trusted them and I am so happy that this was an auto shop that was in my insurance plan. I would always take my car there in the future if anything needed to be repaired.

Besides the cleaning detail at the end the garage is great!

The repairs are great / the aftermath was a bit disappointing for the interior - it look like there was an attempt to clean the repair dust - well it’s all over the from and passenger seats - the floor mats are not in the correct places and the floor clips to hold the mats in are not properly installed and Matt’s not attached - the windows at night are horrible - you know when you drive into the sun and if the windows are not cleaned correctly you get nothing but a blurred our window - as if someone just took a dry rag and wiped the window spreading the mess everywhere and driving into the sun / nothing but a blurry window

The repairs were fine, my window doesn't appear to be an OEM part, but what is really disappointing is my front bumper tow cover was removed and not put back, and my car’s lettering wasn't also put back on the rear lift gate. My car is missing a front row hitch cover (I bought another from Subaru) but I won't even bother taking my car back to Caliber to fix my lettering issue.
