I was really pleased with my service as of andres that help me the process any concerns with my car he always had an answer to my question never had me waiting for a phone call backwards really pleased they work on my car super fast didn't had to worry for anything thank you andres !

The work done was amazing, my car looks new. Eric and Walter were so helpful and updated me to let me know how it was going with the repairs. My tire also dropped in pressure while they were repairing my vehicle and they filled it up with air.

I'd 100% recommend this place. I rarely take my cars to repair shops because I have friends in the industry that have shops that do excellent work for me. However in a pinch Caliber came through and they've earned my trust.

Repair Quality

Overall quality of the repair was amazing. They went above and beyond repairing the fender and the door and it looks fantastic. However, I had front bumper hardware missing that was never put back on. 2 screws that held the lower tray to the bumper were missing I noticed after receiving the vehicle. Had to go to the hardware store to replace the 2-3 bolts that were missing.

The customer service was excellent. I'm glad I went here. Erik was a legend. He understood my situation, was kind and was a great listener to my concerns considering cars are my passion. He took extra care and gave me reassurance that my car was in good hands.
