My experience at the actual auto body shop was excellent. The service was done well. The customer service was extremely personable and friendly and helpful. The only issue was the communication with the shop. When I tried to call, I talked to a handful of people at a call center who didn't seem to have the same connection to my case that the people I talked to in person. Did. I also received a number of text messages that seemed to have no relationship to the service that I was getting. When my work was done. I got multiple text messages after I had already spoken to my my service person at the actual shop. The auto-generated text messages and the call center made the experience less satisfactory than all of the wonderful service I received at the shop

The team was great and communicated effectively the entire time. They told me my car would be ready on a certain date and it was ready on that date. I was provided with transportation to and from the rental car company and things went smooth the entire job. Erik was very professional, communicated effectively and personable. I would highly recommend caliber collision.

Two separate incidents, both with horrible workmanship.

I previously used the Caliber Collision location on Pico when my wife’s car needed a new rear bumper. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The repair looked like it had been done by an amateur. To their credit, they acknowledged the poor workmanship and replaced the improperly installed and painted bumper. Fast forward to my recent experience after I was rear-ended. I decided to give the Washington location a chance, hoping for better results. While the paint work looks good, the installation quality is disappointing. The bumper isn’t properly aligned—there are noticeably larger gaps on one side of the hatch, smaller gaps on the other, and the bumper doesn’t line up correctly with the fenders. At this point, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the repair. Proper panel alignment is a basic expectation after a collision repair, and unfortunately, this vehicle is being returned to me with obvious fitment issues. Based on my experiences at two different locations, I can’t say I’m confident in the consistency of Caliber Collision’s workmanship.
