I am 100% BEYOND satisfied with the service from the 3501 W Washington location. Both of the guys who answer the phones are exceptional employees and I hope they get paid accordingly. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here. Now the ones at the 1130 S La Brea are awful. I spent about a YEAR just trying to get them to EMAIL me an estimate. A YEAR. I would recommend anyone and everyone to NOT go to this location. In summary: 3501 W Washington is amazing, 1130 S La Brea is awful.

As soon as I drove off from the caliber collision repair shop my car steering wheel felt super heavy and was very stiff, especially in ways that are not normal to the way that my car normally drives nor how my car was driving when I brought it in to get the body damages fixed in the first place. When I called to have someone help me with the situation, I was told that I would get a call back at the earliest convenience. I received a text the next day about responding the Caliber Collisions service qualities. I called later that day to resolve the situation because my car was still driving abnormally, and the customer service representative for Caliber Collisions on the phone with me was both very confused-sounding and unhelpful. I did not like the experience using Caliber as a service provider for this matter, and also did not appreciate the service that I received.

The work that was done was fine I would recommend the shop to anyone that I know as I said I just do not understand why the seat belt was not added in

I was pleased with the work that was done I just didn't understand why my seat belt was not repaired I spoke to State farm and they said that you did not indicate that it needed to be repaired it was broke during that incident
