The process was fairly lengthy for a minor crash. While it is understandable that certain car pieces take time to ship, there could have been clearer updates on the status of the car.

Very satisfied witch process of car rental, drop off and pickup. However, the major issue was that no one explained from beginning to pickup, that the replacement door was a used part, rather than new. The replaced door arm rest and surfaces were more worn out than my original door ☹️
