I told the rep that I would be on vacation all week so couldn't pick up the car till the following Monday. The work was completed by Tuesday or Wednesday so the car sat outside getting dusty after the nice wash it got at the end of the job. Also the paperwork was a little confusing since the insurance company had paid me directly already, but I had to sign a form saying they would pay the shop. It worked out fine in the end but I was concerned that it wouldn't go right. Otherwise fantastic service!

Great owesome performance! Frequent updates about the repair was good, so I knew at what stage my car was! Finished the job before time. Explained everything clearly. Overall excellent. 10 out of 10.

It's OK but it's not perfect. The contour of the bumper doesn't match the contour of the fender - there's around 1/8" mismatch at the join. It's not bad enough to be immediately noticeable, but it's easy to spot if you're looking for it. Best - Chris
