Not only was the work done quickly and professionally and flawlessly, but Nick made a hectic and poorly timed rear end accident as positive of an experience as I could imagine. Nobody likes to have to deal with a collision center, but Nick and Caliber made it as painless and as easy as possible.

Caliber did a great job repairing our car’s damage. They communicated the progress and described exactly what they did and what still needs to be finished. They had a part on order that will be installed once it arrives. The repaired area looks great. Very satisfied with their performance. Maria was great and very helpful.

I was delighted to see that caliber was included as one of the suggested body shops offered by my insurance company. The scheduling process and communication with staff was excellent. What surprised me was the cost estimate was significantly less than other, highly rated body shops. In fact, had I known the price would be so low, I probably would not have gone through my insurance company. The work was done on time and they made the process very easy including logistics with the rental car agency. Again, communication was excellent and I always knew what was going on.

The service and level of communication were excellent. The car was actually ready one day earlier. And the quoted price was less than other comparable shops. The insurance process was super easy. I was really impressed with the ratings that the shop had received and that's why I chose them. They did not disappoint.
