Received a voicemail from the shop on the Monday after it was towed. Called the shop back and was told my car was not there. Then after about 5 or so minutes they located my file. Received emails and updates about the car that changed the completion date daily. Mentioned a noise in the front end over 5 times and the shop ignored it. The shop confirmed there was a noise in the front end and was told it was fixed. Picked up the car and didn’t even make it out of the lot since the car had to be sent back due to the front end noise. Picked car up a few days later and was told the part they replaced was faulty.
