If the car had been fixed properly and the team actually resolved an issue, I would be a 10. It’s really annoying the lack of ownership to resolve the issue.

Caliber didn’t actually fix our issue. Car sensors were improperly calibrated. Called to bring the car back in, but the team asked 0 questions. When in they said “it’s a calibration issue we will have to send it back out.” Which we could have told them without coming back in. They said they would call us back the next day to get it fixed. 1 week later still no call or resolution.

My initial impression was not good. I was a little early and a Technician treated me rudely. Then I received many text messages from various parts of Caliber until I contacted the office and they turned them off. Once my car was delivered for repair things went well
