I wanted several other items completed but no one called me to discuss. This was after I had to ask a second time for the quote to begin with. I also told the team to halt the work for the insurance claim but no one responded. Overall I just gave up as no one seemed interested in my added business/money.

The work done was excellent. My only negative feedback is when I went online to book my appointment I was given incorrect information regarding times the shop was open and when directed to a different Caliber shop that information did not feedback to mo insurer.
