I chose to not have the work done by Caliber for a variety of reasons. When i scheduled a day/ time frame to pick up my vehicle, the vehicle was nowhere to be found! After spending the weekend wondering if it had been stolen i got a reply via emal saying it was "over the hill & migjt have to wait until the snow melts to pick it up.. there was no significant snowfall after we agreed on the pick up day. That means they knowingly set me up for a wasted trip.. & now after 2 emails this week, i get no replies about when it really WILL be made available for pick up! This is not how i do business & will NEVER choose Caliber.

We used this shop a few years ago and they did an excellent job restoring my vehicle to "like new" so when we needed a repair this year for a fender bender we chose the Loveland shop again. Absolutely delighted with the quality and customer service!

Repair itself looks great. Our final consultant, Julie, was great but prior communication with the other consultant was lacking (no communication and lied to us and our insurance agent). Was originally told 1.5 weeks but took 2.5 months. Kept getting pushed back at the last minute with no explanation (5:30 on a Friday when they closed week after week - when we couldn’t call). If you have a spare car and no limit on your rental, this shop will do.

Our final consultant was great, but prior to her taking our case, it was not. We would get no calls/texts/or updates except the last minute to push it back week after week. A simple update on the progress or any issues they were experiencing would have gone far!
