Because of my encounter with the front office, and the duration to fix my vehicle.

The repair was great, however, the front office, lacked Customer Service experience, documentation, and job knowledge. They made it very difficult for business transaction and lack of knowledge about the process, they were very elementary for a professional business. I was highly frustrated.

I was notified that my car was ready. I was asked to pay the balance however we had to ask an employee to go over and point out what Was repairs. It was then discovered that were multiple areas very visible on front end that were not aligned especially the passenger headlight. I feel like the repair person should identified this instead my husband and I saw it immediately. Repair cost paid in full and I still have no car. I’ve been waiting for my car for over a month.

I'm very happy the job was done quickly but I can tell it had been damaged. The spacing on the wheel well is a little off and when I opened the truck I can see bubbles, I guess for a less than perfect welding job.
