I got in a car accident at the worst time of the year (beginning of December) and I was devastated. I had All State insurance and Caliber was one of the body shops that they suggested to complete my repairs. While Allstate themselves was a nightmare, words can’t express how grateful I am for Nancy’s help during the entire process of getting things taken care of. She was great at communicating the whole time and providing updates so I always felt like I knew where things stood which made all the difference in the world. After 7 weeks without my car (Allstates fault, not Caliber’s) I finally have it back and they did a beautiful job on the repairs, it’s almost like new. Huge thank you to Nancy and the rest of the hard working staff at the Arlington location!

There was a clearbra wrap that was on the rear bumper that was not replaced during the repair. Also there was noticeable buff marks on the rear panel that was repaired, but nothing big. Overall, great job and great customer service!
