The repair seems good. The communication was not good. Long periods of no updates. Then over the weekend I got one that said it would be ready Monday after they do a clean up of the car. Monday we never heard anything. Tuesday morning my husband called and found out it is ready.

Sherry was wonderful. Sherry and Caliber sent me daily status updates. I never had to wonder about what was happening and the time frame. Sherry was extremely knowledgeable, personable and displayed the willingness to do whatever it took to make sure that I was totally satisfied and happy with the results of their work. Because of Sherry, I was confident that I had chosen the right collision repair shop to take care of my vehicle. And I was right. That vehicle which was barely a year old, was my retirement gift to myself. So it was important to me that it still looked and performed as if it was right off of the showroom floor like it did before the accident. It does. Thank you Sherry and Caliber Collision!
