I've had two other Caliber Colision experiences in another state that have been very unpleasant. In both situations, my cars sat on the lots and weren't touched for over a month. This Caliber Collision location was amazing and the continual contact and information was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful in informing me of the repairs step by step. I would highly recommend this location due to its friendly staff and excellent repair work.

There is a rattling coming from the area of repair. Something did not get screwed down/bolted down correctly. I have not had the chance to go by the shop.

Sherry was great as she coordinate the repairs and shared the latest updates with me. Whenever I had questions regarding the repairs and time estimate she would give me the facts and did her best to accommodate and check up on the car issues we discussed. Additionally I want to thank the whole team for the amount of work that went into the repair and doing such a great job. The car looks great and I appreciate everyone involved in the repairs.
