I never had any experience with caliber collision before this, but Steven Miles did an amazing job of representing what the team stands for! I was never missing an update on my vehicle, and all my questions were answered thoroughly and quickly. Not only did I feel at peace knowing my vehicle was in good hands, but I also received my vehicle back earlier than expected! I was very happy with the results, and He went above and beyond showing me what was done to my car and explaining why it was done. They also went even further and cleaned my car! I drove away feeling very blessed and fortunate to have had such a caring team :) Thank you Steven!

Jasmine was awesome. The initial walk thru was quick. Enterprise brought a car over not long after. Jasmine kept me updated twice weekly just as she said she would. I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Tge best part.. my car was done 3 days early! And I love the lifetime warranty.

I am disappointed I chose you. Everything was terrible. I didn’t deserve this. They don’t answer calls and when you are in the they keeping you sitting for a long time. I had to ask them why they don’t address my request again and again. Saying They are terrible is an understatement

For starters, you took more than two months to finish there repair. And you treated me like shit.

They kept sitting in their office in every visit and no body cared how long I was waiting. Every time I would get up and so what is happening. Calling them is also the same different excuses. They say they will call me back, sometimes they sometimes they don’t.
