The repairs were done very quickly and my car looks great! I appreciate the car wash, that was a nice surprise. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

The team was very nice and polite. Communicated well and everyone was very pleasant. The issues were the following. I was told originally that it would for sure be ready 4/18 or 4/19 the latest. It wasn't "ready" until 4/20. I went to pick it up after work and I'm asked to wait for a while. I'm then finally told that they scratched the car and they have to fix it. The chrome lining fron the right rear door isnalso loose for some reason. They assured me they would expedite it and call me the next day (Friday) to see of they could have it ready. They never called. On Monday I texted to ask about the status. I got a text back after 5pm with an update that it would be ready Tuesday 4/25. A full week after the date that I was originally promised (the car was originally delivered to Caliber on 3/21. This is over a month of repair time) You offered to bring it tonmy work and take back the rental. This went very smoothly and was a nice gesture. Here's the kicker though. When driving back home at the end of the day, I notice that the car is making a ton of noise at highway speeds. The windows on passenger side at not well sealed. It sounds like the wondows are open when driving 65mph. Please contact me to have it looked at and solve this issue

I liked the communication and the quick responses. The staff is extremely nice. The lady at the front desk, Danyelle, and Brannon were always very attentive. The actual repair took quite a bit of time, partly because of the parts not being delivered on time. There were multiple delays towards delivery day. One of which had to do with the car being scratched on delivery day. Afterwards the car was also making a lot of wind noise. They took it in right away and replaced the seals. It's less noisy but I still feel like it's louder than before the accident.
