It took a few calls to get simple answers. After multiple texts saying things were ready it took a whole other day. The work was done fine but details like the fact it took a week for a bumper and the communication were surprising.

50% of the agreed repair (wheel damage) was not completed, and in fact looked as if it never even got worked on. Car should have been inspected prior to releasing to customer to make sure all repairs are complete and satisfactory. Unacceptable.
