Good job to Danyelle Chayhitz, she stayed with me the whole time. Also, she answers her phone, amazing!!! We needed to fix something and she said come right back in so that was a surprise too. Ok, that's it. Y'all did well on my Boxster S too!

Right from the time I got in my car to Caliber Collision at metric Blvd for body work (after an accident ) to the time I got the delivery it was an excellent experience. All the associates I met and interacted with were super knowledgable and friendly. A special shout out to Greg Abbott for seamlessly handling my car repair work and making it super smooth. He even helped me get a switch on my rental when I had a flat tire and enterprise was unable to help. He called enterprise and I was immediately taken care of! This was customer care of the highest level. I also want to mention that the staff at the front desk is just great! Keep up the great work guys

Wish that y'all have taken the initial 10K check and ordered the important parts to start the work instead of waiting for the adjuster to come out again and provide another 4K to start ordering. If you want to get a car out of the shop faster, you would think about the important parts you need first and order them. This was a show in efficiency at its worst. You had a 10K check cut directly to your shop and you sat on it. Blows my mind.
