Miscommunications from Caliber every step of the way. Everyone was friendly but the amount of time I spent handling each miscommunication was unacceptable. The car was delivered to me the first time with scratches all over it that were supposedly from a dirty hand towel. Unacceptable. I was told every day for a week it would be ready tomorrow. I continued to be strung along for 11 business days after the estimated completion date. You should not over promise. Ever. Always under promise so you can over deliver. When I asked about each issue I got an explanation of the mishap...I understand it happens but I didn't want to hear excuses I wanted to hear what would be done so that my experience would not happen to the next customer. The car looks to be repaired now but the amount effort and hassle on my part to have to micromanage every step was enough turnoff that I could not recommend this shop and would not return.
