The body and paint work were of very high quality, and my service advisor, Tanya, was top notch. Unfortunately, my car was returned to me with a mechanical problem (a warning sound and on-screen message, indicating a problem with the self-driving functions) that should have been noticed and repaired before I picked up the car. Instead, I now have to lose at least half a day (possibly twice) making the round trip drive to Caliber and waiting for diagnosis and repair. This was avoidable and unbefitting a high end repair service like Caliber.

Very upset that the body shop did a great job doing my repairs but I was charged an additional $100 for rental car due to my car not being ready for pick up due to PAPERWORK! Very unhappy
