Very upset that the body shop did a great job doing my repairs but I was charged an additional $100 for rental car due to my car not being ready for pick up due to PAPERWORK! Very unhappy

I was really impressed that your team was able to work out the damage without needing to replace the quarter panel. Replacing the quarter panel would have meant totaling the car.
