I had a great experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The team kept me informed throughout the repair process with regular updates, so I always knew the status of my vehicle. Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. The repair was completed with great attention to detail, and my car looked excellent when I got it back. I really appreciated their customer service, transparency, and commitment to quality. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing collision repairs!

The service itself was fantastic. Eli is very good about updating me the status of my car. But the system mix up has created some issues for me. Someone from Calliber called me to tell me that none of the location in Texas can fix my car and canceled my repair with my insurance. But Eli got it all figured out eventually. Great service!

Work seems good.. communication with pickup was awful. Got a call at 1pm saying it was ready and I told him I could be there at 3pm to pick it up which he said it will be ready. Got there at 3pm.. was 4:55pm before I finally got my car.. messaged from lobby and asked person in the lobby several times what was taking so long without getting an answer. Finally texted the GM and 30 minutes later he comes out to the lobby and apologizes and said they are finishing it up now. Not sure why I would get a call at 1pm and saying 3pm pick up is fine if they were still finishing it up at 4:40pm
