The paint and body work was flawless! Except for the minor hiccup with the TPMS it would be a 10. If the rating system would have allowed it, I would have rated you a 9.9 since that was a small issue.

My small fender bender that required one panel replacement and a new bumper took over seven weeks to complete, which was three weeks past the original completion date. Each time the date moved, I had to initiate the update, not Caliber Collisions. Caliber Collisions was always caught on its heels because there was always an excuse: - an employee calling out for family issues - only one electrical person being able to do the job or they would get electrocuted - the paint didn't get done this week but will get done next week It just seemed like there were a lot of excuses instead of just managing expectations upfront. If it was going to take seven weeks, you should be honest about it, and if you're going to have delays, you should be proactive about it. Your customers should not have to chase you to get updates, and it's pretty absurd that a company of your caliber takes seven weeks to finish anything. The Regional manager stated, "Well, we had two weeks waiting for parts, so what do you want me to do about that time we couldn’t work on your car?" I want you to factor that into your lead time. I mean, you've been doing this, I'm sure, for many, many years. That is an unacceptable excuse why things are delayed because you were waiting for parts. That is kind of part of your job. In the end, the repairs look fairly good so that’s most important but if you ask if I would refer caliber collisions to my friends and family, that’s a different story.

The car is amazing - the end result is completely satisfying. I shared my concerns with Z regarding the ever changing delivery dates and a lack of understanding and clarity as issues arose extending delivery. I am sure each client has different needs as far as knowing the details of the process so can appreciate his w difficult it can be to please everyone but as I told Z, I think under promise and over deliver is the best model to keep anxious customers from overwhelming the system. Thanks - Alysa

I know estimating completion date is real hard. I did it for a living for many years. Communication is key and it didn’t really improve without me calling every day and tracking progress. Every date provided was missed. Communication never left me confident it would be done per what I was told. I mean this to be constructive and for training.
