The Caliber Collision team is remarkable! They repaired my Mini Cooper to “before accident” status. But the best compliment that I received about Caliber Collision was from my friend who helped me when the accident occurred. After I picked up my car and showed her the repair results, she said, “They didn’t repair your car, they both you a new one!” I think that sentence sums it up. Thank you all!!!!

Although the overall quality appears good, the lack of communication made me uncomfortable and the failure to answer phones upset me as well. I don't recommend a business that fails to communicate.
