Shona was great from start to finish. From the time I dropped off my wrecked vehicle I was in caring compassionate hands. She was empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable. I recieved numerous updates on my vehicle via my method of choice. To top it off my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and it was immaculately clean when I picked it up! A far cry from when dropped it off.
