Shona Prince is the most fabulous marvelous angel on this earth and with Shona running things life is a dream- I was hit from behind on the freeway driving to say goodbye to my dying Mother-how tragic is that and then to deal with a collision. Shona treated me and my car with highest care and absolute love. She took away all my worries and car concerns so I could focus on this terrible loss in my lifetime...and drive to Florida to bury my Mother. Shona would not let my car repair be of any concern. She’s a true professional of the highest order the likes of which is rare and unheard of today my heart has been eased and my car is back in beautiful shape. My experience with Caliber Collision could not have been better. Everyone was attentive, kind, communicative, and so helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Shona was so wonderful and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I hope I am never in an accident and need repairs again, but if I do, Caliber would be my first choice.
