The first entrance into your establishment I was greeted with a friendly staff member behind the desk. I was told who would be assisting me and had a very brief wait time. The adjuster Britney Mancini was great. I felt the warmth in her smile, speech and demeanor. She let me know what was going to be done so far as repairs and expected time frame. They even call Enterprise to pick me up from their establishment. I truly enjoyed the whole process from start to finish. Even with dealing with the whole accident experience. I felt comforted and reassured that I choice the correct body shop.
