To begin there is confusion concerning who actually is repairing my vehicle Gerber or Caliber? In addition, my repair was a relatively simple repair, however, it took 16 days? In incurred over 600.00 in rental which was out of my pocket. The only bright spot was Luis Higgins (parts employee) that came in on his day off to make sure I got my car back this past Saturday.
