Everyone I spoke to was patient, thorough, and helpful, especially Maggie and Maura. I also got my car back a week earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise! I really liked that Maura walked me through the checklist of what they were going to repair, what kind of parts would be replaced, quality checks, etc. The thorough documentation and explanations really made me feel confident about entrusting my car with Caliber.

Caliber collision what’s the most seamless car repair experience I’ve ever had! I arrived. They had everything ready so that I could drop off my car. And they even make sure that my rental car was already arranged so all I had to do is pick it up. And even the pick up was good despite the power outage and weather.
