To be clear, my overall rating is positive, but in reality I had two very different experiences during this process; the first, while the case handled by Eric, was less than acceptable, but the second (thanks to Brittany) was outstanding. Brittany’s communication made me feel that my vehicle was a priority again, and she addressed many of my frustrations dealing with her predecessor simply by keeping me informed. I am appreciative of her working with me, and hope her diligence is rewarded.

Because of the availability of finding a taillight for my truck it took almost an extra month to complete my repairs. Also a Ford F150 emblem is still missing on the rear door. I am presently waiting on a call to let me know when to bring my truck back for that to be installed.

This is the second time that caliber collision has done repairs on my vehicle and I was completely satisfied. Customer service was amazing, they communicated every step of the way. Turn around time was good as well, they had my car all of 9 days. Pickup was simple and easy and they even washed my car and vacuumed it ! 10/10
