Communication was great! Britney was amazing and kept me updated. She’s really friendly and personable. And one of the best parts…when my car wasn’t ready due to parts being delayed, my rental was extended so I didn’t have to worry about getting to work or going on our Thanksgiving trip. A+++. Oh yeah…and the car looks fantastic!

This is not anything against the shop, but we all have insurance that dissipates where we must take our vehicles and the likely hood of body repairs without is low... so more like I wouldn't have the chance?

I only rate it a 9 because I haven't driven the vehicle le enough to ensure I am 100 percent satisfied. Everything seems and looks great thus far, though and I have had a great experience with caliber itself.
