I had my vehicle repaired when it was ABRA and I would have given it a 10, but my experience this time was horrible.

I wan't satisfied with the repair the first time I received my car. I'm not an expert but could clearly see the bumper was not straight. Huge gap. I was surprised it passed a final quality check inspection before being returned to me. I had to bring it back to be corrected.

I was called to tell me my car was ready, but when I went to pick it up it was not. Two hours later I was in another rental car because I had already returned the one I was originally in. This was two hours of my life I will never get back, for no reason. I'm not sure why someone would not verify my car was ready before calling me. The guy working looked embarassed and was nice, but it was a big pain.

The car still has scratches and there panel is still loose on the right fender. Paint is peeling st the bottom that wasn’t there when I brought it to get fixed.
